IntroductionIf you are serious about a career in movie make up you should See Framptons First
Peter Frampton, Winner of Academy Award for Best Achievement in Makeup, Braveheart.
Frampton Institute was established in 1996 by Peter and Heather Frampton and remains owned and operated by the Frampton family. A centre of excellence, the Frampton Institute offers its custom designed and accredited course in Film and Television Make-up: the Diploma of Cinemagraphic Make-up.
Unlike traditional courses on offer in Australia, the entire Frampton curriculum was exclusively designed and developed by multi-award nominated and Oscar winning Peter Frampton in close consultation with industry.
His niche learning product in Cinemagraphic Make up not only provides the latest technical make-up instruction, but multi-skills students in professional protocols to best prepare them for a career in the demanding and competitive freelance world of film and television.
Courses are set to international standards, offering students professional skills to the highest levels required by European, American and Australian television and film markets. Thus the Frampton difference – a course of the industry, by the industry, for the industry.
"During my time at The Frampton Institute I was taught to world class standards, under the instruction of an industry leader, and in the best facilities available Australia wide. All of my expectations were exceeded throughout the course as I learnt about all aspects of the makeup artistry and gained relevant knowledge regarding the industry, expectations of me, additional skills I am required to possess, and on-set protocol." Michelle Hargreaves, Frampton graduate and Owner of Mish Mash Makeup
