Bio - Carol Cameron
The Frampton Institute is excited to welcome Carol Cameron as part of our lineup of trainers joining Peter in delivering our full time and part-time Dipolma courses. Carol completed her Diploma of Cinemagraphic Makeup at the Frampton Institute in 1998 and has since made a name for herself, working as chief makeup artist on numerous feature films, TV commercials, short films, theatre productions, TV productions, fashion shoots, fashion parades.
Fresh from the industry having worked on 10 different projects in 2007 alone, Carol brings a wealth of current and relevant industry experience along with advanced technical skills gained through extensive training within and beyond the Frampton Institute. She believes that as an artist, it is her responsibility to be constantly upgrading her skills to meet the evolving requirements of the industry.
"It's great to be back with Peter and Heather. Thorough training at the Institute equipped me to work to a high standard with attention to detail. These skills are now specifically required with the wide use of Digital cameras and High Definition TV in today's industry. As a qualified trainer it’s great to be able to share my experience and contacts with students. To support a makeup artist at the beginning of their training, watch them progress and use their new skills to develop their own style, carries a real sense of achievement."
